Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters. It is also sometimes known as Doctors Without Borders.
In Twilight:2000, MSF is unlikely to still be functional, but in Merc:2000, it is likely that PCs could encounter camps run by the MSF.
